Our Boarding Policies
CHECK-OUT TIME
Standard check-out is at 10:00 AM. To accommodate our high standards of cleaning and prep, departures after this time will incur an additional day's rate.
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is due on arrival. We accept all major credit cards and cash. This helps us focus entirely on your pet's care during their stay.
HOLIDAY PERIODS
Due to high demand, deposits are required to secure bookings during school holidays and long weekends.
VACCINATIONS
For the safety of all guests, current C5 (dogs) and F3 (cats) vaccination certificates must be presented on or before check-in.
